All orders can currently be placed by checking out with either Paypal, ApplePay, Worldpay, debit or credit card. All transactions are 100% safe and secure. We offer free UK standard 2nd class postage but should you wish to have your order sent by express shipping, then contact us and we will be happy to organise this for you but for an additional cost.
SHIPPING
We aim to send out all deliveries either on the day of purchase or the next working day, which should take between 2 & 3 working days to be delivered via our standard 2nd class shipping. Orders can be returned within 14 days of order receipt but must be in their original condition. At Amour Heart Gifts we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you are not, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to rectify the problem. To arrange a return, please get in touch via our 'contact us' form and explain reason for return.
LOSS OR DAMAGES
Every item is checked prior to posting to ensure it is in the condition you would expect. On the very rare occasion that an item is damaged during transit, please simply send an image of the damaged item and a replacement product or refund will be provided. No refunds will be given if the shipping address is incorrect - so please ensure you have entered the correct details. We will try and locate the item for you if the item as gone missing, and, will try to get the order to you. Your satisfaction is paramount to us! Please contact us in the first instance if there are any problems.
SHIPPING ABROAD
With the new postal rules, regulations and restrictions that are now in place since the beginning of 2021, we have taken the decision to change our policy on shipping abroad. Here at Amour Heart Gifts we are more than happy to send items abroad but unfortunately cannot offer free postage for international customers. If you are a customer wishing to order from us and living outside the UK, please contact us prior to placing an order and we will do all we can to assist you with your purchase. For each item ordered, the postage will be calculated by us and added to the item cost. In this case, get in touch with us via the 'contact form' and we will be happy to organise this for you. If you would like to place an order, please contact us via the contact page stating which item you would like to order and your country of residence, we can then respond with an accurate shipping cost and order total. Please note that orders placed in this way can only be paid via Paypal.
